Return Policy

We are unable to give refunds but we’re happy to issue store credit or exchanges within two weeks of purchase with the tags still on, unworn/unused and with the receipt present.  Sale items are final sales and may not be returned.

Holiday Returns

For Holiday gifts, we issue Gift Receipts and extend our return policy to two weeks after December 25th for exchanges and/or store credit.  Same rules as above apply.

    My daughter and I was in your store on 9/12/11 and bought several items. The Urban Expressions purse I bought for $66 has one of the gold brads fallen off and today is the first day I used the purse. I live in Wichita,KS and returned home today. I would like to know what can be done about this problem? I have my receipt and the tag from the purse. My daughter lives in Charlotte, NC.

      So sorry to hear about your bag. We would be happy to take care of this.

      There are actually a few things we can do: reimburse you for the cost of repair or you can send the purse back and we can give you or your daughter store credit for the item. Please give the shop a call at 828-225-5680 so we can over the options and take care of this issue.
